Energy balance 2 0 0 0 kg / h of a fruit drink ( 2 5 deg C and 1 1 deg Brix ) is

Energy balance
2000 kg/h of a fruit drink (25deg C and 11deg Brix) is being concentrated to 40deg Brix in a single effect evaporator operating at a vacuum level sufficient to cause the water to evaporate at 75deg C . As a heating medium, steam is injected at 200 kPa (Quality: 50%) which comes out as condensate at 75deg C. Energy losses through the evaporator walls are minimal 345 kJ/h. Calculate the flow of all process streams and the steam economy. The Cp of the original and concentrated fruit drink are: 5.3 and 4.1 kJ/kg C.
1. Build/create a flow chart with symbols and clear nomenclature
2.Generate the material and energy balance equations around the process.
3.Determine the enthalpic content of each stream. Reference state: water at 0deg C.
4. Solution of the energy balance, and calculation of the flow and the steam economy.
