You will also baseline your project. Submit your Microsoft project file. Also, use a report from Microsoft Project that gives a summary of the cost. Save the report as a PDF file including appropriate fields such as Cost, Baseline Cost, Fixed Cost, WBS Id, etc. in the Gantt Chart view and Work, Overallocated, etc. in the resource view. Submit the PDF file as well. Complete Section 6 of PMP Template. Submit updated PMP with Cost Reports embedded from MS project, MS Project (mpp and pdf) file. Note that once completed, your budget (Baseline Cost, Cost), schedule (Start Date and Finish Date) should align with the budget in the Project Management Plan (PMP)
