Essentially, you have to compute the answers manually. Make a word document and for each answer insert a table with the right number of rows and columns and enter the necessary headings and the data in the table boxes. Any duplicate column names must be qualified by prepending their table_names.It's easy to add columns or rows as needed by right clicking after you block a column or row.
