Every local community today should create choices particularly the agricultural sectors in the country, which are more important to be allocated in terms funds by the government since the Philippines is dependent on agriculture with the present scarce resources for production. In most situation, where there is scarcity in the production of basic wants (commodities), or where there are no enough funds to realize everything for the satisfaction of consumers, the community has to make better alternatives.

At present, we have to acclimatize to the new normal way of living. There is scarcity in the production of goods in agriculture and services for everyone's needs and wants. Everything in this world have limitations. Rich and poor, all individuals "ceteris paribus..." all else are equal"...Regardless of your economic status in the country today, which is more important to you, health or unlimited supply for your wants (agricultural products)?
