Everyone has heard the saying "Change is the only constant," which is attributed to a Greek philosopher named Heraclitus (535 BC - 475 BC). This statement is most certainly still true in today's modern organizations. As leaders it is our job to both recognize and adapt to changes external to our organization but also facilitate change within our organizations when necessary.
