Explain the significance of having a productroadmap plan for your product?

Project Descrip_tion: The project intends to develop an application, the X-FLDRA in the time span of 3 months and within a targeted budget of 1,15,000 CAD. The X-FLDRA app will provide information about botanical data of all the plants. Initially, the prominent features of this application would include the following: I To provide the botanical name of the plant. 0 To provide information about the growing conditions of the plant. a To provide information regarding the nature of the plant that whether it is deadly or friendly to humans. 0 To provide information about diseases caused by plant if any. These fourfeatures of this application are planned to be delivered through four iterations, with each iteration of 3 weeks long period. The first iteration ofthe project will hand over the customer with base application that would be able to provide only the botanical name ofthe plant. Similarly, the other three features will be added in the app during the next three iterations respectively. The additional features can be added on later as according to the customer feedback and requirements after the completion of a particular iteration or during the project and hence the number of features may vary in the nalized product.
