explain this as simple as possible. Let's say Person A wants to buy a hotel from Person B. Person B calls him and offers the hotel for 5 million and the sale was to conclude a 45-day escrow. The next day Person A faxes a letter to Person B saying he accepts the the offer but he needs the escrow to close within 60-days to find more money. Person B doesn't respond. So my question is, is this a counter offer which makes the original offer void? If person A manages to pay within 45 days can the Person B decline since the original offer was counter offered
