You will also need a great accountant or accounting firm: Identify an Accountant or Accounting Firm in Greater Moncton Area you wish to work with and why. They will help you financially, are required to submit Corporate Taxes and help with Canada Revenue Agency processes.

Identify which PMS, POS, Payroll and Accounting systems you would use to manage your business. You can have 4 different systems and identify each one's functionality. Some system can do all 4 functions, others you may have a PMS with POS separate and Payroll and Accounting are together.
