Farmer owns property located in a sparsely settled area. Even though he posted signs around his property:

"NO TRESPASSING! Snowmobilers and any unauthorized person KEEP OFF! Violators assume all risks!"

Snowmobilers continued to ride at night. Farmer then put up barbed wire at the edge of his property across all trails leading into his property and a second line of barbed wire 100 yards in from each edge. He covered the barbed wire at the edge (but not the barbed wire further in) with brush.

Jenny, operating a snowmobile, with Bart her passenger, went around the outer barbed wire but then crashed into the inner barrier. Jenny, without her seatbelt on was thrown harmlessly into a snow drift. Bart couldn't undo his seatbelt until the snowmobiles had crashed into Farmer's barn and setting it on fire. As a result Bart was severely injured.

Farmer ran out and tried his best to put out the fire. Jenny rushed up to see Bart injured and asked Farmer to take him to the nearest hospital (30 miles away). Farmer refused and kept trying to put out the fire. Jenny then produce a knife and forced Farmer to help carry Bart to his truck; she then took Farmer's keys and drove Bart to the hospital.

The barn burnt to the ground.

There are more than three issues here (this is a torts-fest, i.e. warmup for the fall).

Pick three. If you accurately pick more that will be a benefit to you grade-wise.
