FAST & EASY is a nation-wide courier services company in Australia. FAST & EASY is planning to implement an online system which is required to be designed, built and launched. The online system should allow for users to log in online, order and pay for products for parcels/packages and services and track online status of the courier. FAST & EASY wants the online system to be built and implemented within 6 months and want all of their employees to be trained on managing the users and orders via the system. FAST & EASY also wants all the screen designs to be approved by their marketing team, prior to the commencement of build phase.
