Fern is setting up a new boutique law firm. She engages her cousin, Charles, an interior designer to source out the furniture for the reception and meeting rooms. Fern says to Charles, "I want high quality furniture and furnishings -my law firm must look professional." Charles finds furniture from Frongs, which looks similar to a high- end furniture brand, Prongs. He carefully changes the "F" into a "P" on the Frongs brand, and invoices Fern for Prongs furniture, at the prices listed on Prong's website. A few months later, Fern is meeting a new potential client, Elliot, who is also an interior designer. Fern proudly shows off the new furniture. Elliot takes a close look and laughs, saying "It's a clever imitation, but its' not real Prongs furniture" and points out the real difference of Prongs furniture to Fern. Elliot later calls Fern and says that he won't be using her legal services since her business sense is limited saying "you can't even tell real from fakes". 2. Fern is furious with Charles and wants to sue him.
