Answer these questions in detail using the information that you gathered from reading the article above, along with information from your own work experience. Refer to your StrengthsFinder results and the document titled, "Four Domains of Leadership" when answering the first two questions.

A. Categorize your five biggest strengths from the StrengthsFinder assessment onto the Four Domains of Leadership chart. Do not apply each strength to more than one domain. Of the four domains of leadership, what are your one or two strongest areas? Do the findings surprise you? Explain your answers. Note: (My five strengths are: Competition, Individualization, Consistency, Deliberative, and Achiever. Each are defined at the end.)

B. In your past, were you able to utilize each of your two strongest leader domain areas to influence or lead others in your group? Give an example of each with an explanation. For each example, specifically state if you were effective in leading and/or influencing.

C. Of the five styles of leadership represented in the Blake/Moulton Leadership Grid (see our text), which style is most in line with your leadership strengths (specifically apply your strengths)? Explain your answer. How you would execute that leadership style in the workplace. Provide a hypothetical or real example of that execution.

D. From the strengths assessment you did in this class, the leadership domains discussed above, and the Blake/Moulton Leadership grid in question three, how might you approach leadership in the future, and what might you focus on in leading? Which Blake/Moulton Leadership Grid style would you strive for, and why?

My five strengths for the assignment are as followed:

Competition: People exceptionally talented in the Competition theme measure their progress against the performance of others. They strive to win first place and revel in contests.

Individualization: People exceptionally talented in the Individualization theme are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. They have a gift for figuring out how how different people can work together productively.

Achiever: People exceptionally talented in the Achiever theme work hard and possess a great deal of stamina. They take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.

Deliberative: People exceptionally talented in the Deliberative theme are best described by the serious care they take in making decisions or choices. They anticipate obstacles.

Consistency: People exceptionally talented in the Consistency theme are keenly aware of the need to treat people the same. They crave stable routines and clear rules and procedures that everyone can follow.
