Finding or create a case that presents a misalignment in multiple projects/project portfolio management and resource allocation. Once you have either created or found the case, you will then draft a strategy paper to address many of its barriers. Select a minimum of three issues that are found or presented within the case, then align it with a minimum of five strategies that you would employ to address or manage the multiple project or project portfolio dilemma. I include any implications that may manifest from using the selected strategies as they apply to the selected case
