They claim that their co-worker or workers and even their superiors, had made lewd comments and performed lewd actions on them. Now because of this accusation, the company is refusing to take action and forc the case into arbitration. They claim a binding agreement was made with the employee before the act was committed.

After presenting the case, the appointed judge denied the request. He said that the manufacturer had been pressuring the employee into signing the document. The final ruling claimed that the employee was pressured because of quting a previous job before starting a new job with the current manufacturer.
