For a client who often changes its mind, as a Project Manager i really need to keep an eye on the following things with preparedness and actionables. First of all, set right expectation to the client in terms of your deliverables and readiness Let them know the clear road map you have for the project since begining Make a clause of changes and amendments in between the projects with great emphasis , means up to what limit and context sudden changes are acceptable, give it a clear outline about changes in terms of last minute changes or bigger changes, limit of changes, how often changes can be made, if these things are in the clause, it is good for client and you to adhere to that Keep a constant review mechanism with all stake holders on regular intervals with client Keep an anticipation of the clinet as what they might think or possible outcome Keep a team ready at consultant level to understand the clinet need and expectation in best possible manner Keep the agreement in a way that major changes related to cost and labour etc cant be changed at certain level Fix an standard service level agreement with
