A "junk circuit" is illustrated below. For every line on the circuit (including 1-bit wide ones), indicate the number of bits on the line (using the standard notation of a diagonal line with the number of bits written next to it). Also indicate the direction of each line of the diagram.

Input 3 to the top MUX is left unconnected - although we did not do this in class, this is perfectly fine if we only want to pick between 3 elements. Of course, the rest of your circuit should then be designed so that the unconnected input/s are never selected (or the circuit behavior will be undefined).
Since the width of 1-bit lines and directions of all lines can typically be determined from their context, it is customary to only indicate those widths and directions not determined by context (e.g., multi-bit lines, and directions on bidirectional lines). However, in this course, we will require direction indications and bit-widths for all connectors. We might relax these constraints later on, if/when everybody is comfortable with the material.
