For each simulation run, students will progress through three rounds of simulation play per run. Students will be allowed to run the simulation for three iterations, so they can improve on their analysis and decision-making with each run. At a minimum, students must complete at least two simulation runs with results for participation credit. If, after the second simulation run you have successfully aligned your design and structure, you can stop here. Otherwise, run the simulation for a third time to keep improving on your choices. During each simulation run, students will progress through three rounds of play. At the beginning of each round, students read about structural challenges that Ecotripp is experiencing as it grows and the industry evolves with new competitors. These challenges at the beginning of each round suggest that Ecotripp's current design is less effective than it once was and decisions must be made to achieve better alignment with both internal and external factors. For each decision, students have access to a dashboard that shows in real time the effects of their decision across five dimensions, company, people, process, finance, and stakeholders. The dashboard can provide a framework for benchmarking and analysis as the simulation proceeds
