Doing so will increase D's total points by 1 and reduce P's total points by 2. That is, if this member vote strategically, D's total points would be 190, and P's total points would be 189, (the other three candidates' total points are still less than D's and P's), hence now the social preference would place D as the first choice. This is better from this member's point of view because his/her true preference is TDPBR, who consider D as a better alternative than P
