For me$,$ the most valuable learning experiences in this course came from the Excel and PowerPoint assignments. They were useful and well$-$designed to help us understand real$-$world tasks. My favorite assignment was the Customer Relations project where we needed to use pivot tables to collect and organize the information from the original data and then use it to answer questions. I think the discussion board topics were interesting, but I felt that the required writing style was too formal because it required using APA format and citing references, which I$$m not used to doing for discussion boards. I would remove the style requirements from discussion boards to make it more informal and encourage students to reply. For advice to other students, I would recommend that they not procrastinate on assignments because some due dates are earlier than others, especially on the discussion board. Overall, I enjoyed this class and learned a lot of useful tools.
