For reference, i have done a microeconomic diagram displaying the relationship between elements in the market for the short-stay accommodation market.

i have said that landlords and homeowners are suppliers in this market as they supply their homes for rental, however would i refer to construction companies who build the houses as suppliers also as these are the people creating it and supplying the product for the homeowners to buy? what labels do i give these?
