For this assignment, you will reflect and analyze your strengths and areas requiring improvement to be able to compete for an RPN position at a local GTA healthcare employer. You will be given a recent and authenitic job posting that could be for any type of RPN role within any setting. You are required to review, identify, and evaluate the key job requirements. Then, you reflect on your own abilities and competencies as a nurse learner in your 4th and final semester of the PN program to identify goals for learning and development. You will create formal goals and learning strategies using the SMART learning goal framework. Requirements You are expected to complete all the following assignment components in class.
