For this discussion reflect on the experiences of Indigenous women by comparing and contrasting that experience to the experience of women in your own culture or the culture of one of your parents or grandparents. What things are there in common, what things are different? For example, if you have had a female relative who came to North America as a Home Child, you could discuss how that experience is similar and/or different from Indigenous women. Or you may come from a long line of settlers. If that's the case how are those women's lives similar or different? If you have Indigenous heritage from any part of the world, reflect on specific experiences of women and girls and how their experience is similar or different from what we have seen in the module. Do you have relatives who can share their specific experiences to add to our discussion
