For this goal given: I'm going to cut back on juice and other sweetened drinks and up my water intake to at least 8-10 cups of water per day. I know that it is less than the amount that I should be drinking, but drinking water has always been hard for me. I would drink at least 2 cups of water right after I wake up, and I would try to drink more during the day as well.
