For your proposed project:

-Write SRS (Software Requirement Specification) using IEEE Standards:

Follow the same template covered in the lab for SRS

Focus on the major 2 functional requirements of your proposed system.

Model 2 Business Processes using BPMN.

For each BPM specify the following steps:

Write a complete scenario with all the assumptions.

Draw the BPM using BPMN.

Enhance the model using pools and lanes

Enhance the model using message flows and data stores.

Business Process 1: Searching for a car

User Search for a car then check if the car is existed or not, if the car does not exist show a message that suggest that the car is not available. If the car is existed, it will show up in the database then the user places in order on the car, the user negotiate with the owner of the car about setting a price, the owner is set the payment method, user will pay for the car, an invoice will be printed, and the user will receive the car.

Business Process 2: Offer a car for sale

Car Dealer searches his storage for a car he would like to sell, if he does not find one, he will stop searching, if he does find a car he wants to sell, he would take it out of the storage and put it up for sale, when a seller is interested in the car, the dealer would set up a meeting where they negotiate price range and payment method, once the purchase is a settled, the ownership of the car is changed, an invoice will be printed, and the car will no longer be available for sale.
