Do you think it would be appropriate for a current sitting High Court Justice to similarly weigh-in on the current Voice to Parliament referendum debate, thereby providing what may be interpreted as advice? Why? Why not? In your answer, critically assess whether you think such conduct would constitute a breach of the separation of judicial power and offend the institutional integrity of the Court.
