Company deals in developing and customizing software solutions for clients on a project basis and provides technical and business support in an outsourced capability. The main business and service areas of the company include IT consulting, web design and development, mobile applications development, software development, robotics and Internet marketing. The company operates with 20 employees who belong to several departments such as finance, marketing, web development, quality assurance, administration, etc.

Assume that you are the newly appointed IT executive of EDesk Solutions and it is your responsibility to provide system specification for the organization considering the roles and responsibility of the employees. It is recommended that to suggest server PC for the IT Administrator to manage the internal network and laptop for branch manager, project managers and data analysts. QUESTION:

Provide an honest assessment of the strength and weaknesses of your design. Provide detailed recommendations with innovative ideas. Recommend the enhancements you could include in this design in terms of hardware, software, and maintenance.
