Frame an evidence-based information request that will enable you either to describe or analyze a business problem or evaluate solutions to one. Indicate why this problem is important enough to make such a request. And as part of that request, indicate what story you want to tell, what you want to achieve, and who is your target audience. Then, in light of that information request, collect appropriate data; indicate data quality problems and how you will deal with them; and organize data in an Excel pivot table that will enable you to respond appropriately to the request.
