Franklin is new to the logistics department and is trying to learn who the power holders are. On his first day at work he met five people who all seemed to have influence over other employees. However, the reasons for their influence differed from one person to the next. Help Franklin make sense of what he's found by sorting the five employees into the correct sources of power.

)Joshua: He is the department manager who assigns individual employees specific work to complete. Joshua isn't especially well-liked, but his authority is respected.

)Ella: She is a very dynamic person with great interpersonal skills. She has been with the department longer than anyone else. She is well-liked, and people look up to her as a role model.

)Mia: She is an intimidating person. She has a loud voice and a sharp tongue. On his first day, Franklin watched Mia verbally tear another employee apart right in front of everyone.

)Sophie: She runs the computer equipment in the office. If anyone's email or Internet goes down, Sophie can get it back up very quickly. No one else in the office knows how to make these repairs.

)Liam: He has limited authority, but makes the work schedule for the rest of the employees. Getting nights and weekends off is important to most employees, and Liam controls who works these shifts.
