From what you have learned in Chapter 2 about litigation vs ADR (using the court system vs alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve disputes), how would you advise a business owner to use one method over the other in a business dispute with a fellow business person (ex, supplier, contractor etc.). Would your advice change if the dispute was with a client or a customer? Why or why not?
