Gallup conducted a poll of President Biden's job approval, and included the following explanation of its results:

"Results for this Gallup poll are based on telephone interviews conducted March 3-16, 2021, with a random sample of 1,015 adults, aged 18 and older, living in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. For results based on the total sample of national adults, the margin of sampling error is 4 percentage points at the 95% confidence level."

Someone on social media criticized Gallup by saying "This poll is biased! 1,015 people cannot possibly represent the entire USA! And shouldn't they want to be 100% confident in their results???" How would you (politely) respond to this person's comment?
