Genzyme center implemented many building projects to increase sustainability and achieve LEED status.

Find a company who owns a building with LEED status and do the following:

1. Explain what the building is used for

2. State what LEED status they have

3. List out three things they did to achieve LEED status with brief explanations of what those elements are

4. Explain the environmental impacts of what is listed in part 3 (e.g., save CO2-eq emissions, save water, etc.)
