George is a school instructor. He lives on his own in a nice suburban neighbourhood.

George had a neighbourly dispute with his next-door neighbour Michael. Michael was tossing garbage onto george's property, and was letting his dog run around loose.

Michael's dog was urinating and defecating all over George's yard, killing his grass, and being a real pest.

George is afraid of dogs, as he was bit once when he was a child, and he is now scared to enjoy the sun in his yard.

I am thinking in trespassing. Because Michael is going into George's property. Nuisance is when in you own property you bother the neighbour.
