While Joy to The World Inc., is implementing the new outreach project for those seeking political asylum from North Korea it will continue to hold events as it has over the past 7-years. The Communications Coordinator (Mr. Newman) is new to the position and she inherited a single file folder entitled "Annual Giving" that contains only one sheet of paper on it that said, "good luck". The previous employee was disgruntled and erased all the giving files, previous planning charts, and list of contacts from the shared server. Recruitment of fundraising committee members took place after the recognition dinner and took about 2 months.

Identification and Cultivation of new donors/prospects which lasted the entire campaign.

Regular committee meetings took place for 9 months.

Agency branding and marketing campaign was eight months long and started after the committee was formed.

Solicitation of major gifts for Joy to The World Inc., was done over 7 months and started in the middle of summer.

The direct mail campaign was usually functional for 5 months starting in the last summer.

The annual fundraising Casino Night Dinner was held near harvest.

The Annual Haunted Forrest Fundraiser was held in the scariest month.

The Holiday Craft Show Fundraiser was to be held but no time of the year was specified.
