Give each person you meet first class treatment: attention, affirmation, and appreciation. Say something encouraging during the first 30 seconds of a conversation. Words have great power. Write 5 stories describing each experience and at the end of the 5 stories write what did you learn from you and from other people. Mention names, places, dates, describe the context, emotions, fears, likes, etc.
