Moving to another question will save this response. Question 34 of 37 Question 34 2 points Save Answer Based on the facts in the preceding question, Angelo commenced work at Eliane's house. He repaired her fence and while he was there, he also completed some repairs on her wooden deck and pergola. Eliane was very pleased with Angelo's work. A few days later, Angelo stopped by Eliane's house and presented her with an invoice in the amount of $6,000 + HST = $6780.00. Eliane was shocked. The price of the job was far above what she had expected. Angelo explained to her that it included not just the fence repairs, but also the repairs to the deck and pergola. 'I did not agree to pay for all of that," Elaiane told Angelo. "I only asked you to fix the fence." She does not intend to pay such an exhorbitant sum! Angelo is going to have to sue Eliane in order to get paid for his additional work on the deck and pergola. Does he have a good case? Why or why not
