Given the following course description: Technical Communication examines communication types and strategies that information technology executives will use to communicate effectively within an organization. As leaders, IT executives frequently contribute to business goals by designing and communicating specialized information in a variety of media to customers, clients, and other departments. In this course, candidates learn to communicate accurately, effectively, and ethically to a variety of audiences. Candidates choose, design, and deliver the communication product and assess the effectiveness to improve future communication. This course has no prerequisites
