Glotz Industries sells industrial solvents which must be handled extremely carefully. Two of the employees of the Ferg Company who work on the cleaning crew on the factory floor come into contact with one of the solvents. In the process of using the product, one of the employees suffers extreme burning of the eyes when the solvent comes into contact with water. Can the injured employee injure sue Glotz Industries for failure to warn her about the dangers associated with the use of the solvent? Why or why not? If not, who would bear that responsibility?
