A questionnaire is a research instrument consisting of a series of questions for the purpose of gathering information from respondents. Questionnaires can be thought of as a kind of writteninterview. They can be carried out face to face, by telephone, computer, or post.

Questionnaires provide a relatively cheap, quick, and efficient way of obtaining large amounts of information from a large sample of people.

Having examined the different kinds of variables that could operate in a situation and how the relationships among these can be established and designed the conceptual model or the theoretical framework for your research and describe the research hypothesis, it is now possible to see how we can develop our research questionnaire.

This assignment will lead you through the process of designing your research questionnaire.

Having selected your research topic for xxx449 course and having formulated your research questions and research aims/objectives, followed by the literature review, and selected your research design with research variables for your xxx499 project.

Based on what you have studied, design a sample questionnaire for your xxx499 project
