Granda Corp (Granda), a company that is incorporated in Zubrowka wishes to set up a subsidiary company - Granda NZ Ltd (GNZL) - in New Zealand ( NZ). Following the recent meeting I had with Jana Blanka, representative of Granda, I found time to discuss the queries regarding the setup of GNZL, with support from the NZ CA 1993 act.
