Critically discuss the Constitutional Court judgment in POPCRU v SACOSWU (CCT152/17) [2018] ZACC 24; [2018] 11 BLLR 1035 (CC) and express your views on whether section 18 of the Labour Relations Act, have any significance in light of the judgment.
