Gregory sold his house, Manor Cottage, to Bhavika. Gregory had insisted on inserting a term in the contract which enabled him to remove the inbuilt lounge units on completion. When Bhavika moved in however, Gregory had also removed the large, heavy brass ornaments in the hall, the lampshades throughout the house, the gold light switches in the lounge, and a pond containing a fountain from the garden, the centrepiece of the garden design.Next door to Manor Cottage is Manor House, where the Gibbs family lives. Mr and Mrs Gibbs have built a treehouse for their children in a tree close to the boundary between the two properties. The wooden supports for this tree house protrude over the boundary into Manor Cottage's garden. When Bhavika asked Mr and Mrs Gibbs to remove them, they said no, as this would weaken the integrity of the treehouse.Shortly after she moves in, Bhavika is visited by her friend Joel, who comes to help her with the gardening. As Joel dug up some earth in the garden, he found some old coins, medals and jewellery in a box buried in the ground. Later the same day, Joel found some old metal painted soldiers in a box behind one of the trees in the garden. Joel is an antiques enthusiast and tells Bhavika that as he found these items, he wishes to keep them.Advise Bhavika as to her rights in the above instances
