Group Project Team charter and preliminary research plan: $(10\%)$

Step $1$: Schedule a Microsoft Teams, google meet or Zoom meeting with your group to get acquainted and introduce yourselves. As part of this process, it is advisable to spend some time getting to know each other and understanding everyone$$s individual strengths. Discuss how your group will communicate and work together, your goals and commitments, contact information, availability, accountability, etc.

Assign detailed roles for all the group members. Describe the communication plan for your group and what you will do if a group member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. Create a document for the roles and responsibilities as well as a communication plan in a visual chart.

Step $2$: Research and gather data: Prepare $15$ bibliography citations in APA for the sources you are planning to use in your report. Ensure that your sources are credible and up to date. $($ALL sources must be in the last $7$ years$)$ You must use journal articles AND the textbook readings $-$ specific chapters as well as readings from the weekly topics in this course.

Step $3$: Prepare an outline of the project topic based on the planned research information $-$ ensure a logical flow of information.

Step $4$: Prepare the detailed timeline. Set deadlines for each team member for each component of the group research, paper and presentation, allowing sufficient time to review drafts and adjust. Develop a clear plan that explains the participation and accessibility of each group member.
