$1.$Do you think America is the greatest country in the world? Why or why not? Have you voted $($if eligible$)?$ Why or why not? Do you think that your vote matters? If not, what would have to happen to change your perception?

I strongly believe that we do live in the greatest country in the world. I believe this based on many political,social, and economic issues that are represented in this country. Although, it does have its flaws and there is still a lot of work to do$,$ it is great. This is a country where we have many things that benefit like freedom to religion and freedom of the press. The video, "America is not the Greatest County In the world," defines why America is not. The video states how freedom is overrated, and you can find it in any country today. I do not believe this is true, I mean look at countries located in the Middle East. I believe because of Americas flaws and what it has become, it has let a lot of people down. It is like a relationship with a person, where you felt all these great things an once you get in deep you begin to pinpoint everything that is wrong. People also cling on the negative and I understand that there are many issues that America has bypassed. One would be the economy and two I would say homelessness. If America is great, then why Isn't America doing something. Then again, we need to take accountability for what we do$.$ We need to know that we make choices that may define our future. Other people or government should not be held accountable for the mistakes we make and expect the government to solve it all. I say America is still great, and I am happy to be able to be a part of it$.$
