Hello Everyone, I am seeking the assistance from a tutor who is:

A: Has an expertise in the field of Aviation Safety Management, Aviation SMS (Safety Management Systems) and most importantly Risk Registers.

B: Is able to give a fairly detailed explanation of risks involved in the Takeoff and Landing phase of flight operations and their category in a risk register graph, as well as the most recent statistics on the risks (ICAO and other agencies) involving this flight phase.

C: Is aware of any specific risks, especially when it comes to ultra short-haul flights and any notable accidents/incidents.

I am currently stuck on this section and need assistance putting this part into words as well phasing it. I would like to make it very clear that I DO- NOT! intend to copy, word for word, but am rather seeking assistance in the form of an exemplar.
