Hello, everyone,

In my opinion, one pro of having many smaller customers and a few large customers is lower risk. For example, if the company loses one small customer, it will have a little bit of an effect on their profit. On the other hand, if the business only has large customers, if the company loses one big customer, it will have a big risk of affecting their profit. One con is that it is difficult to manage because the company needs to keep customers working with them. If the company only has large customers, it might be easier to keep customers than to have many small customers.
