hello everyone! somebody please help me from part B, I am stuck on it. I have completed it but I am not sure if it correct (from part-B). please download it, all the code is there and there is no data is missing. somone check my code from part-b if all are correct. if you familiar with jupyter notebook, then you can help me. you have to use jupyter notebook. I have picture below also a link below, you can download it and upload to jupyter notebook, I have all the code there as well and only need help from part B. thanks!
