Hello i an currently taking algebra and have trouble trying to learn factor. For the most part i understand the basics but i am having trouble trying to factor a certain problem. The problem at hand is to factor with steps 12x^3y^2 + 18x^2y^2 - 24x^3y^2. I am not sure if each should have there own greatest common factor (GCF) or if they would share the same and how to deal with the split variables. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
