1. Write a short recursive Python function the finds the minimum and maximum values in a sequence without using any loops.

Prompt the user for the sequence items one by one on the console until #END is entered. #END is not part of the sequence. The sequence can be of any length, but the length won't be specified. You may use loops for the input.

2. Use recursion to write a python function for determining if a string s has more vowels than consonants.

• The program will prompt the user to enter a string.
• Case matters: 'AEIOUaeiou' are all vowels.
• Ignore non-alphabet characters like numbers and punctuation. 'A238372??' has more vowels than consonants.
