Hello, I need some help with graphing the results of PCA that determines a digit 0-9 from a set of handwritten digits. We are supposed to make a graph of our data that looks like seen below, but I do not know how we are supposed to make it like this. I really only need to know what kind of functions are used and how to put the data in.
