Write the paper in third person. Yes, it asks for your opinion. however, business papers and formal assignments are always written in third person. I know this is challenging. With practice, writing in third person becomes second nature. Support your ideas with literature. Do research in the library. Avoid web based research. I want scholarly sources used.
